• If you do not provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your booking, you will forfeit your deposit. (If you have paid in full you will receive a refund minus a $20.00 fee).
• If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund, minus a small PayPal fee of around $1.50.
• Tracy understands that circumstances sometimes arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, however, she simply asks that you be courteous, and give as much notice as possible so that others may be able to book in.
• If you are unwell please do not attend! You will be given priority when rescheduling your appointment when you are well again.
